Hello! My name is Vivian and I am a News Associate at CNN in Atlanta, Georgia. Currently I am working at CNN’s Image and Sound desk where I correspond with field producers across the country and monitor their feeds. I earned my master’s degree in Global Affairs as well as my bachelor’s degree in English from Rice University in Houston, Texas. Prior to starting as a News Associate at CNN’s Atlanta Headquarters, I was lucky enough to work for a lot of amazing newsrooms and organizations, including CNN’s Fareed Zakaria GPS, Houston’s NBC affiliate channel (KPRC), Rice University’s Baker Institute, PaperCity Magazine (Texas’ largest fashion publication), South by Southwest, the San Antonio Magazine, and the Austin Film Festival.
